HOW THE BOOKING WORKS
LET US KNOW WHAT DAY YOU ARE INTERESTED IN, THIS DAY WILL BE MARKED AS PENDING.
FROM THAT TIME YOU HAVE TWO (2) WEEKS TO CHECK OUT JOY HAVEN
AFTER INSPECTING JOY HAVEN, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE CONTRACT AND HAVE ONE (1) WEEKS TO SEND IN THE DEPOSIT WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE ALONG WITH THE SIGN CONTRACT.
As noted, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. (Effective May 15, 2010)
If full deposit is not sent in with contract date will be marked as Booked but not confirmed for two (2) weeks unless arrangments are made and maybe offered to other interested parties.

2010/2011 Rates
(effective August 5, 2010)
$600.00 plus security ($150.00 / day) for two days, the day before used for setup of decorations and rehearsal supper and rehearsal of wedding if held at Joy Haven.
Price includes, Linen, table setup, cleaning, use of Joy Haven yard. Room 911 bar, you can bring red eye and purchase a keg through Joy Haven Room 911 bar for the social hour only.
$250.00 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.
3rd day $100.00 for opening gifts and small gathering
Wedding ceremony at Joy Haven $75.00 (outdoor or in)This is for setup of chairs and sound system.
One day events will be charged $500 for the use of both buildings plus security($150).
Small "Yes I do" weddings will be $500. This is for one day, wedding at Joy Haven, people count less than 40. (indoor or outdoor wedding)
Red building for evening events will be Charged $150, this is for birthday's etc.(Limit 75 people)This building will require approval on a day to day, This building may not be available on weekends during the spring/summer/fall season.
Current events will be billed for the security ($150)This may change depending on Security providers.
All alcohol beverages must be purchased through Room 911 Bar
Guest of events can park campers or tent for free during times allowed. Electric (if available) extral.
Cabin Rental is $50 per day. Cabins have power and heat, shower available in red reception building. Outside porta restrooms besides main and red building.
